Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched upon receipt of the order via the webshop. Orders sent to a Danish address are typically received after 3-5 working days.

All shipments are insured up to DKK 4,500 per dispatch. Insurance claims can only be reported and addressed directly to the courier company in question, and not to The Nordic Vault.

If the item is to be insured against damage over DKK 4,500, The Nordic Vault must be notified immediately after the purchase has been completed, and no later than 3 hour after the customer's transaction. 

All disputes involving damage to shipped products received by the customer must be resolved between the courier company and the customer.

The Nordic Vault is not responsible for damage that has occurred in the care of the courier company.

The Nordic Vault reserves the right to change its refund, delivery and service terms without notice.
